Greencore Group PLC has advanced its share buyback program by purchasing 121,000 ordinary shares for cancellation on September 26, 2024, as part of a GBP 40 million initiative announced in May and extended in August. The shares were bought through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited at a volume weighted average price of £1.8080, with this latest transaction bringing the total number of shares bought back to 19,476,159. The transaction details have been provided in compliance with regulatory requirements.
