Greencore Group PLC recently continued its share buyback program, purchasing 173,600 shares on September 18, 2024, for cancellation, at prices ranging from £1.8330 to £1.8400. This latest transaction is part of the company’s larger £40 million share buyback initiative, which was first announced in May 2024 and expanded in August 2024. To date, Greencore has bought back 18,753,893 shares under this program, further solidifying its commitment to shareholder value.
