Greencore Group PLC has recently announced the purchase and cancellation of 115,000 of its ordinary shares as part of its GBP 40 million share buyback program, with transactions conducted on the London Stock Exchange and facilitated by Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited. The buyback initiative, which began on May 21, 2024, and was expanded on August 29, 2024, has now reached an aggregate of 20,291,353 shares repurchased for cancellation. The latest purchase on October 7, 2024, saw shares acquired at prices ranging from £1.8055 to £1.8177.
