Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has continued its share buyback initiative by purchasing 163,000 of its own shares for cancellation on September 17, 2024, as part of an ongoing GBP 40 million program. The shares were bought through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited at a volume weighted average price of £1.8434, with prices ranging from £1.8380 to £1.8475 per share. This latest transaction brings the total number of shares acquired for cancellation to 18,580,293 since the program’s announcement in May 2024.
