Greencore Advances Share Buyback Initiative

Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.

Greencore Group PLC has announced the recent buyback of 143,012 of its own shares as a continuation of its GBP 40 million share repurchase plan, signaling the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance shareholder value. The shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from £1.8366 to £1.8400 per share. To date, Greencore has acquired a total of 18,896,905 shares for cancellation under the current program.
