Greencoat Renewables PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 150,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at a price of €0.9380 per share on Euronext Dublin, through its broker RBC Europe Limited. This move is part of the company’s share buyback programme initiated earlier in May 2024. Following the transaction, Greencoat Renewables’ total shares in issue stand at 1,115,183,585 with none held in treasury.
