Greencoat Renewables PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 150,000 of its own shares at a price of €0.9380 each on Euronext Dublin, executed by its broker RBC Europe Limited. This transaction is part of its share buyback program initiated on 8 May 2024. Post-settlement, the total number of ordinary shares in issue for the company will be 1,115,183,585.
