Greencoat Renewables PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 300,000 of its own Ordinary Shares on Euronext Dublin, with the transaction forming part of a share repurchase program initiated earlier in the year. Post-settlement, the company’s total issued shares stand at 1,116,133,585, with none held in treasury. The share repurchase was executed through the company’s broker, RBC Europe Limited, at prices ranging from €0.9530 to €0.9580 per share.
