Greencoat Renewables Executes Share Buyback

Greencoat Renewables Plc (DE:GRP) has released an update.

Greencoat Renewables PLC has reported the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares on Euronext Dublin as part of its share buyback program initiated in May 2024. The transactions were executed by RBC Europe Limited with all shares bought at a uniform price of €0.9380. Following the transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue for Greencoat Renewables stands at 1,116,978,973, with no shares held in treasury.
