Greencoat Renewables PLC has released a correction for its previous share buyback programme announcements, rectifying the number of Ordinary Shares in issue between 09 September 2024 and 20 September 2024. Following the completion of these transactions and the cancellation of the purchased shares, the company now has 1,114,683,585 Ordinary Shares in issue as of 24 September 2024, with no shares held in treasury.
