Greencoat Renewables PLC has executed a share buyback on 26 September 2024, purchasing 320,000 Ordinary Shares at prices between €0.944 and €0.947, subsequently cancelling them. This move is a part of their share buyback programme introduced earlier in May 2024. Post-transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue stands at 1,113,843,585 with none held in treasury.
