Greencoat Renewables Plc ( (DE:GRP) ) has issued an update.

Greencoat Renewables plc has repurchased 519,544 of its ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin on 19 March 2026, at prices ranging between €0.7870 and €0.7950, with a volume-weighted average price of €0.7915. The shares bought under its ongoing share buyback programme will be cancelled, reducing the overall share count.

Following completion of this transaction, the company now holds 200,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,109,298,906 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. The buyback and cancellation support capital management efforts and may enhance earnings per share and shareholder value by concentrating ownership among remaining investors.
