Greencoat Renewables has repurchased 400,651 ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin at a volume-weighted average price of €0.7861 per share, with the shares to be cancelled. The transaction, executed through broker J&E Davy on 18 March 2026, forms part of the company’s recently launched share buyback programme.

Following this latest buyback, Greencoat Renewables now holds 200,000 shares in treasury and has 1,109,818,450 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. The ongoing buyback reduces the company’s free float and may enhance earnings per share over time, underscoring management’s capital allocation strategy and confidence in the underlying value of the business.
