Greencoat Renewables Plc ( (DE:GRP) ) has shared an announcement.
Greencoat Renewables PLC has repurchased 375,151 of its ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin as part of its ongoing share buyback programme launched in early March 2026. The shares, bought at prices between €0.7310 and €0.7400 with a volume-weighted average of €0.7356, will be cancelled, modestly reducing the company’s share count.
Following this latest transaction, Greencoat Renewables now holds 200,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,101,446,261 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury stock. The continued execution of the buyback signals management’s commitment to capital return and may support earnings per share and shareholder value by tightening the company’s free-float over time.
