Greencoat Renewables Plc ( (DE:GRP) ) has shared an announcement.

Greencoat Renewables plc has repurchased 330,062 ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin on 14 May 2026 as part of its ongoing share buyback programme announced in early March. The shares, acquired at a volume-weighted average price of €0.769, will be cancelled, reducing the free float and signalling continued capital management focus.

Following this latest transaction, Greencoat Renewables now holds 200,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,092,935,763 shares in issue excluding treasury stock. The move modestly tightens the company’s share base and may support earnings per share and shareholder value over time, while demonstrating management’s confidence in the business and its valuation.
