Greencoat Renewables PLC has continued to execute its share buyback programme, repurchasing 323,071 ordinary shares on 10 March 2026 on Euronext Dublin through its broker J&E Davy, at prices ranging between €0.7360 and €0.7470 and a volume-weighted average price of €0.7441. The repurchased shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 200,000 ordinary shares held in treasury and 1,112,048,095 ordinary shares in issue, a move that marginally reduces the free float and is likely aimed at enhancing capital efficiency and shareholder value over time.
