Greencoat Renewables Plc ( (DE:GRP) ) just unveiled an update.

The shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 1,091,436,067 ordinary shares in issue excluding 200,000 held in treasury, a move that marginally reduces the free float and may be supportive of earnings per share and capital management objectives for existing investors.
