Greencoat Renewables PLC has repurchased 505,878 ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin on 21 April 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of €0.7385 per share, with the shares to be cancelled as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. Following this transaction, the company now holds 200,000 shares in treasury and has 1,098,487,679 ordinary shares in issue, marginally increasing earnings and net asset value per share for remaining investors and signalling continued capital management discipline.
