Greencoat Renewables PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 320,000 of its Ordinary Shares on 25 September 2024, as part of its share buyback programme initiated earlier that year in May. Post-transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue stands at 1,114,163,585, with none held in treasury. The shares were acquired through Euronext Dublin, with prices ranging from €0.9390 to €0.9440, resulting in a volume weighted average price of €0.9428 per share.
