Greencoat Renewables Plc has reported the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 200,000 of its Ordinary Shares on Euronext Dublin, through its broker RBC Europe Limited, with the transaction occurring on September 18, 2024, as part of an ongoing share buyback programme initiated on May 8, 2024. This reduction in outstanding shares will leave Greencoat Renewables with 1,115,333,585 Ordinary Shares in issue.
