Greencoat Renewables Plc (DE:GRP) has released an update.
On September 11, 2024, Greencoat Renewables PLC purchased 300,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be cancelled, as part of its share buyback program announced earlier in May. The shares were bought on Euronext Dublin through their broker, RBC Europe Limited, with prices ranging from €0.9450 to €0.9540 per share. This transaction will result in Greencoat Renewables having 1,116,433,585 Ordinary Shares in issue post-settlement.
