Green360 Technologies has completed a practical plant trial with Eifers Concrete and Complete Shotcrete in Victoria, successfully using its Eco-Clay product as an additive in shotcrete mixes. The demonstration wall section achieved a 50% reduction in Portland cement while maintaining product handling and workability in line with current industry standards.
The validation of Eco-Clay in real shotcrete conditions opens a significant new market across sectors such as underground mining, tunnelling, transport infrastructure and marine works. Green360 plans larger-scale field trials and commercial discussions with shotcrete suppliers, positioning Eco-Clay to boost utilisation of the Pittong plant and broaden the company’s market channels for its low-carbon cement replacement material.
