Green Shift Commodities Ltd. has strategically sold a 1% NSR royalty on the Berlin Project and is participating in a C$2 million private placement to strengthen its financial position. The company will become a key advisor to the acquirer, expected to list on a stock exchange, and plans to appoint a board member, maintaining influence in the uranium sector.
