Green River Gold Corp. is initiating a non-brokered private placement offering of convertible debentures, aiming to raise up to CAD$900,000. These debentures will have a 5-year maturity with an 11.0% interest rate, payable quarterly, and can be converted into common shares at $0.06 per share at any time before maturity.
