Green River Gold Corp. has successfully completed its non-brokered private placement, issuing 3.94 million units at $0.05 each for total proceeds of CAD$197,000, and is now launching a new offering aiming to raise up to $550,000. The funds raised will be directed towards the exploration of the company’s mining properties, working capital, and general corporate purposes. The newly issued units comprise a share and a warrant, which allows purchasing additional shares at an accelerated rate if stock prices meet certain conditions.
