Green Battery Minerals Inc. has revealed plans to enter an agreement with a strategic advisor and to consolidate its shares, aiming to strengthen its business and attract new equity investments. The consolidation will result in a reduction of the company’s issued and outstanding shares by a ratio of 1 to 10, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
