Greatland Resources ( (GB:GGP) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Greatland Resources has issued 1,760,856 new ordinary shares to its Employee Share Trust at A$14.11 each, in order to meet future exercises of awards under its employee incentive schemes, including both vested rights and those expected to vest by 30 June 2026. The company has applied for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM around 26 May 2026, a move that modestly increases its share capital while supporting long-term staff retention and alignment with shareholder interests.

Following admission, Greatland’s issued share capital will total 674,667,361 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote, with no shares held in treasury. The updated capital structure provides investors with a new baseline for calculating voting rights and disclosure obligations, clarifying ownership thresholds as the company advances its gold-copper operations in Western Australia.
