Greater China Financial Holdings Limited has announced that all proposed resolutions were approved by shareholders at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 18, 2024. The resolutions included the adoption of audited financial statements, re-election of directors, and granting of mandates for share repurchasing and issuance. The voting results showed overwhelming support, with most resolutions receiving above 96% approval and some achieving unanimous consent.
