Great Wall Motor Co has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on October 25, 2024, where shareholders will vote on the issuance of Debt Financing Instruments. The meeting will take place at the company’s headquarters in Baoding, Hebei Province, China. Shareholders are required to complete registration procedures to vote and can appoint a proxy if unable to attend.
