Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd. is poised to raise $2 million through a non-brokered private placement, involving the sale of 40 million units at $0.05 each, to fund working capital and acquire gold and lithium claims in Namibia. Shareholders will also vote on the company’s proposed name change to Great Quest Gold during the upcoming annual meeting. The company specializes in the development of African gold projects, with key ventures in Mali.
