Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd. has successfully closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $536,955 through the issuance of over 10 million units. These funds are earmarked for working capital and the acquisition of gold and lithium claims in Namibia. The company is now preparing to close the final tranche by the end of July 2024.
