Great Portland Estates plc (GPE) has announced that HEINEKEN UK has signed a 10-year lease for 17,000 sq ft of premium office space at wells&more in central London. This move strengthens GPE’s relationship with HEINEKEN, who is relocating from another GPE property, and allows GPE to expand its Fully Managed spaces in Fitzrovia. The new office features modern amenities, including ‘smart’ meeting rooms and a bar, aligning with HEINEKEN UK’s collaborative work culture.
