Great Portland Estates plc has announced the acquisition of shares by its Executive Directors through the company’s 2010 Share Incentive Plan, where employees can buy Partnership Shares that are matched by the company with two additional shares for each one bought. Executive Directors Toby Courtauld, Nick Sanderson, and Dan Nicholson participated in the program, acquiring shares at a price of 339.50 pence each on the London Stock Exchange.
