Great Portland Estates plc has announced that their 2010 Share Incentive Plan (SIP) facilitated the purchase of shares for eligible employees, with the company matching each ‘Partnership Share’ bought with two ‘Matching Shares’. Executive Directors also participated, with shares being acquired on their behalf by the Trustees. The transactions were carried out on the London Stock Exchange with the share price set at 356.62 pence each.
