Great Portland Estates plc has announced adjustments to share awards and options for its Directors following the company’s 2024 rights issue, leading to an increase in the number of shares subject to these awards. Directors received additional shares and sold a portion to cover tax and National Insurance liabilities. The transactions occurred outside of trading venues, with the exception of some shares sold on the London Stock Exchange.
