Great Eastern Holdings Limited and The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited have jointly established a S$2 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme to issue various financial instruments, including senior and subordinated notes, as well as perpetual capital securities. The Notes, targeting institutional and accredited investors in Singapore, aim to fund corporate purposes, working capital, and growth plans, with the possibility of listing on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
