Morgan Securities Asia Private Limited, acting for Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, has made a voluntary unconditional general offer to acquire all issued ordinary shares of Great Eastern Holdings Limited not already owned or agreed to be acquired by the Offeror. The offer follows the rules outlined in Singapore’s Securities and Futures Act and the Code on Take-overs and Mergers.
