Great Divide Mining Ltd (GDM) has completed its acquisition of the Devils Mountain Tenement and issued over 850,000 new shares, in accordance with ASX Listing Rules. The company is also in preliminary discussions for a potential farm-in agreement related to a historical gold project, with further details to be disclosed upon finalization. GDM, a gold and critical metals explorer, is focused on developing its multiple Queensland projects to generate cash flow and further its exploration initiatives.
