Great Atlantic Resources Secures Funding for Exploration

Great Atlantic Resources (TSE:GR) has released an update.

Great Atlantic Resources has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $75,000 through the sale of flow-through units to fund exploration activities in Atlantic Canada. Each unit sold includes a common share and a purchase warrant, with the latter allowing the holder to buy additional shares at a set price within a 60-month period.
