Great Atlantic Resources (TSE:GR) has released an update.

Great Atlantic Resources has revised the terms of its non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise $75,000 through the sale of 1,500,000 flow-through units at $0.05 each. These units include a full warrant, allowing the purchase of additional shares at $0.08 for 60 months post-closing, with proceeds destined for exploration in Atlantic Canada.
