GRC Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Chip Eng Seng Contractors (1988) Pte Ltd, has secured a significant building works contract worth approximately S$328.4 million from the Housing & Development Board. The project involves constructing five residential blocks, a multi-storey car park, precinct pavilions, and communal facilities, with a construction period of 45 months starting in late 2025. This contract is expected to positively impact GRC Limited’s net tangible assets and earnings per share for the financial year ending June 2026.
