An update from Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETH) (ETHE) is now available.
The Grayscale Ethereum Trust has entered into a new Custodian Agreement with Coinbase, detailing the management of the Trust’s assets and the roles of the involved parties. This agreement, which will be effective once the Trust’s shares start trading on the NYSE Arca, replaces the previous custodian agreement and defines the custody and prime broker services provided by Coinbase. In parallel, the Trust’s transfer agent arrangements have been updated, with BNY Mellon taking over certain responsibilities, transitioning from the previous service agreement.
