Graycliff Exploration Limited has finalized the sale of its Baldwin and Lunge Projects to EV Minerals Corporation, with the transaction involving 2 million shares of EV Minerals and a cash payment of $25,000. As Graycliff divests from these projects, it aims to concentrate its efforts on the promising Shakespeare Project, which has already shown potential with over 12,500 meters drilled and visible gold findings. The Shakespeare Project, located on historic mining grounds, is part of Graycliff’s strategic focus on the mineral-rich Canadian Shield region.
