Gravity Co ( (GRVY) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Gravity Co., Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Seoul on March 27, 2026, approving consolidated and separate financial statements for 2024 and 2025, reappointing ten directors and adding a new independent director, Yeong Ah Park. Shareholders also set a KRW 4 billion cap on directors’ total compensation for fiscal 2026 and received the company’s 2025 Annual Business Report, underscoring continuity in governance and disclosure practices.

Immediately after the AGM, the board reappointed Yoshinori Kitamura as chairman and named him co-chief executive officer alongside existing CEO Hyun Chul Park, while he stepped down as chief operating officer and chief compliance officer, and audit committee members were reappointed. On the same day, Gravity reported 2025 consolidated revenue growth of 11.9% to KRW 560.5 billion driven by new Ragnarok launches, but higher costs, SG&A and weaker non-operating income reduced operating profit and net income, even as the company closed 2025 with a strong cash and short-term investment position.

The 2025 revenue increase reflected strong online and mobile game performance, particularly from Ragnarok Online America Latina, Ragnarok Zero and Ragnarok M: Classic in Asia and Ragnarok X: Next Generation in Western markets. Despite margin pressure from increased commissions, advertising and currency effects, the AGM approvals and board reshuffle suggest management is prioritizing international expansion of core IP while maintaining board stability ahead of the planned filing of full Korean IFRS financial statements by April 10, 2026.

The most recent analyst rating on (GRVY) stock is a Hold with a $78.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Gravity Co stock, see the GRVY Stock Forecast page.
