Gratifii Ltd has successfully completed an institutional placement and entitlement offer, securing A$3.5 million in firm commitments and raising A$0.8 million. The company anticipates an additional A$4.7 million from a fully committed retail entitlement offer set to launch soon. The funds raised will be used to support Gratifii’s loyalty technology innovations, with new shares issued ranking equally with existing shares.
