Bombora Special Investments Growth Fund (BSIGF) has experienced a dilution in their voting power in Gratifii Limited, decreasing from 13.99% to 12.84% due to a capital raise and placement on June 12, 2024. Despite this dilution, BSIGF remains a substantial holder with 221,502,991 votes post-event. The fund’s change in interest was formally acknowledged in a notice on July 15, 2001, reflecting the adjustments after the capital raise.
