Gratifii Ltd is set to significantly enhance its market presence and profitability by acquiring Club Connect and Rapport Group (NZ), adding over 80 enterprise clients and an expected combined revenue of approximately $84 million with an underlying EBITDA of about $3.2 million post-synergies. The $8.0 million Club Connect purchase includes both cash and equity, while Rapport Group is being bought for NZ$0.5 million, signaling Gratifii’s strategic growth in the loyalty and rewards sector.
