Gratifii Limited has announced a significant new securities issuance, proposing to issue over 1.37 billion ordinary fully paid shares in an accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer. Trading is set to resume on an ex-entitlement basis starting 10th September 2024, with key dates for record, offer closing, and issue to retail security holders spanning from 11th September to 23rd October 2024.
