Graphjet Technology ( (GTI) ) has provided an update.

Graphjet Technology announced on June 10, 2025, that it received a determination letter from Nasdaq on June 4, 2025, due to delays in filing its annual and quarterly reports, leading to non-compliance with Nasdaq’s listing requirements. As a result, the company’s request for continued listing was denied, and its shares are set to be suspended on June 13, 2025. Graphjet plans to appeal the decision and request a hearing to potentially stay the suspension, although there is no assurance of a successful outcome.
