Graphite One Inc. has announced plans to extend the expiry date of over 2.8 million Warrants, currently held by strategic partner Bering Straits Native Corporation, for an additional year until September 2025, with the amendment awaiting TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Warrants are part of the financing for the company’s Graphite Creek Project, which aims to become a key player in the American high-grade anode material market for lithium-ion batteries.
